My name is Pippa Rashbrook and I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psyhchotherapy (BACP), for counselling and psychotherapeutic professionals.

My passion is to help people overcome issues they feel limit them, to enable them to live more satisfying, fulfilled lives.

Counselling offers confidential, professional help for anyone experiencing difficult or challenging circumstances.

Sometimes life’s demands can become overwhelming and we need time and space to work them out.  Counselling provides a confidential, respectful and safe place to explore and clarify how circumstances have affected you.  With this insight and understanding we can work together to find the way forward for you.

I am experienced in working with adults and young people from many walks of life in both long and short-term therapy and work with issues such as:

Anxiety – Depression – Panic Attacks – Phobias – Self Harm – Suicidal Tendencies – Addiction – Relationship Issues – Stress – Self Esteem Issues – Anger problems – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – Trauma – Developmental Trauma.
